Organizations and local residents committed to social justice and racial equity are invited to join SSJC. If you would like to learn more about SSJC and get involved, here are some ways to started:
- Subscribe to SSJC’s Announcements List and Weekly Newsletter! The Announcements list is low-volume (1-2 emails per week), used to let subscribers and members know about urgent news, actions, and events as they relate to SSJC’s mission, goals, and ongoing work. Anyone who asks to be added to the Announcements list is also automatically subscribed to SSJC’s Weekly Newsletter. Click here to subscribe.
- Attend a quarterly all-member meeting! Hear general updates, learn about our committees’ latest work, and engage in discussion around SSJC goals/issues. To request an invitation to the monthly meeting, please click here to submit the request form.
- Tell us how you’d like to be involved! Are you interested in joining one of our Committees? Do you want to subscribe to the Discussions listserv (a smaller community of active SSJC members where you can help shape our actions, policies, and analysis, and engage in more in-depth discussions around SSJC issues and goals)? Do you have a particular skill or experience that you can offer? Do you want to learn more about SSJC’s on-going projects and work?
